Within Australia:

Express delivery: If you choose the fast delivery service, your order is expected to arrive within 3 working days.
International delivery:
The estimated delivery time is between 14 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Order Tracking
All orders will be provided with a tracking number after shipment. Customers in Australia can enter the order number through our order tracking page to track the delivery status in real time. Tracking information for international orders will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.

6. Unsuccessful Delivery
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery service will attempt to redeliver the package. If this fails, the courier may deliver the package to a nearby delivery point, where you can choose to collect it yourself. For international orders, if the delivery cannot be made due to an inaccurate address, we will contact you to confirm new delivery arrangements.

7. Missing and Damaged Goods
If you find that the goods are damaged or the package is missing when signing for it, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide relevant photos and information so that we can process and arrange a replacement.
